Further to our communications regarding the ACD’s proposal to merge the UK Opportunities Fund with RGI UK Opportunities Fund and World Equity Fund with RGI Compound Global Equity Fund we are pleased to confirm the mergers were completed on Friday 24 October 2025.

Further to our communications regarding the ACD’s proposal to merge the Continental Europe Fund and All Europe SRI Fund with RGI European Fund, we are pleased to confirm the mergers were completed on Friday 19 September 2025.
